Our commitment only applies to WebMoney WMZ on our online ordering service on the Business Day you Buy, Sell or Exchange WebMoney from us. This commitment is subject to you complying with Web-Money.co.uk's usual rules for Buying, Selling and Exchanging WebMoney and is not available in conjunction with any other offer.

The prices compared will be the total prices (including all fees and commission) offered by Web-Money.co.uk and the other WebMoney exchanger on the same "Business Day" that you ordered from us. A "Business Day" is deemed to run for 24 hours from 10 a.m. until 9.59 a.m. inclusive. The prices compared must be prices offered to the general public and not only available to staff, club members or other selected groups or individuals.

Our commitment is not for speculative, investment or any other purposes. Accordingly this commitment only applies to orders of up to £500 in any Business Day.

The commitment relates to price offered by another WebMoney verified exchanger in the UK who offers the competitive price in the ordinary course of business of WebMoney exchange to WebMoney users in the UK.

We must be able to verify the prices you have been offered to our reasonable satisfaction. If the alternative quote you have found is not on the internet email us at: on the same Business Day that you obtained the quote and made your order from us or telephone us. You will need to tell us the total price you obtained from web-money.co.uk, the name and address of the alternative WebMoney exchanger, the total price offered to you by that exchanger and the time and date you obtained the Web-Money.co.uk and the alternative quote. To speak to our representative in person please call during office hours which are from 10 a.m. to 6.00 p.m. from Monday to Friday excluding public holidays. If the alternative quote that you have found is on the internet you can also email or telephone as above.

We will also need your name, address and telephone number. We will only use this information to provide you with your refund or to discuss your refund request with you. Web-Money.co.uk will not share your personal information with third parties.

This commitment will not apply if you have exercised your right to cancel your order. If you do not collect your order, your refund on non-collection will be reduced by the amount of any refund already given in connection with this commitment.

We monitor the total prices for WebMoney exchanges for all known verified WebMoney exchangers in the UK on a daily basis, and aim to be the cheapest of such WebMoney exchange providers in the UK market.

We may, at any time, withdraw this commitment in respect of WebMoney exchanges which have not already been made.
