What is Web-Money.co.uk?
The project Web-Money.co.uk is designed as a universal e-currency exchange service in the UK that lets you buy, sell and exchange well known and reputable e-currencies safely and securely! Currently we provide exchange services for WebMoney Transfer (WMZ, WME, WMR) and other secure e-currencies.

Is your service safe? What guarantee do I get?
YES! At Web-Money the security of our customers’ funds is very important. We are listed at WebMoney Transfer's official list of WebMoney exchangers as an exchange service for WebMoney in the UK and hold a WebMoney Registrar Passport, all information about us is verified and stored at the WebMoney Transfer's database.

What is WebMoney?
WebMoney is an electronic money and online payment system. Every account, known as a "purse", is run in US Dollar-equivalents (WMZ), ruble-equivalents (WMR), euro-equivalents (WME) and other foreign currencies. Accounts are identified by strings called WM-IDs. Signing up and receiving WebMoney (known as "WM units") from other users is free; sending WM units to other accounts incurs a fee of 0.8%. WebMoney transactions are safe because they do not require a credit card or bank account and are immune against certain scams because they are final and cannot be retracted; this is similar to cash and unlike credit card transactions. Can I open a WebMoney account at Web-Money? How do I register WebMoney account?
No, we do not register wallets for any electronic payment system and are only an exchange service for WebMoney and other e-currencies. To register WebMoney account you will need to complete the registration process on their site and install the WebMoney Keeper by following the instructions provided.

Do you issue personal passports for WebMoney?
YES! We are a Registrar for WebMoney in the UK and have a verified registrar passport for issuing personal and other types of WebMoney passports in the UK. For more information about certification please read WebMoney Passport.

Can I come to your office and make the necessary exchange immediately?
No. You must first contact us to agree an exchange and submit the exchange form on our site.

How do I exchange e-currency with your service?
It's very easy, all you need to do is to use our exchange calculator on the main page and complete the exchange form, please see Help.

How quick will I receive funds to my account?
All calculations in the virtual payment systems occur immediately (within a few seconds), but the time of transfer also depends on the time of day and workload of our operators.

What is the minimum and maximum amount for an exchange?
The minimum amount of exchange is 10 GBP. The maximum amount depends on availability of funds at the time of exchange, please check with us before submitting your exchange form.

Why do you need my passport details and other IDs?
This is a requirement by the law of UK Government and electronic payment systems to prevent fraud. Please see the Required Documents and Anti Money Laundering. All customers must comply with these requirements. Web-Money retains the right to refuse or accept a customer instruction and is under no obligation to enter into a transaction should it choose not to do so.

Do I need to register on your site to carry out an exchange?
No, registration on Web-Money.co.uk is not required.
