General Rules & Requirements - IMPORTANT!

WebMoney Exchange services (Buy, Sell or Exchange) are ONLY available to WebMoney account holders with Formal Passport (or higher passport types), without the participation of third parties! If you do not have a formal passport you can get it for free here.

The information that you provide to us (your name and ID / Passport number) MUST match to those at your WebMoney account. You can only deposit / withdraw WebMoney with us if your WMID has been registered for the period of not less than 7 days. Identification is required for all exchanges that are more than £500 at a time or in total for 30 calendar days. See Required Documents

We strongly recommend that you fill in all the required fields when submitting an exchange order form with our «exchange calculator» on the main page. Fully completed order forms will guarantee against possible errors when entering your details and give our staff the possibility to contact you in case there is something wrong. The information you provide us is transmitted to us via a secure channel and is not accessible to the third parties.

If you want to buy WebMoney:

Step 1.
1. On the main page in the form of «exchange calculator» choose exchange direction:

• «Give»: GBP pound sterling;
• «Receive»: choose an e-currency that you want to buy.

2. Enter the amount of exchange in the cell «Give». The «Receive» cell will show the automatically calculated amount, including the fee for our service. The minimum payment amount is equivalent to 10 GBP.

3. After selecting the direction and amount of exchange, click "Order".

Step 2.

1. Fill in all required fields «Your Exchange Details»; you must enter your Name, Full Address, Date of Birth, Contact Phone Number, E-mail address, Id / Passport Number and the account to receive WebMoney (Z-purse, E-purse or R-purse number).

2. Make cash payment from anywhere in the UK at any of our bank's branches or transfer funds to our bank account via your Internet Banking.

Ways to transfer funds to Web-Money ...

Please note: we will email you our bank account details after the verification of your current details.

Option 1 - Pay cash into our bank account at any of HSBC’s branches in the UK
Please ensure that the reference you use at the bank matches the name of the person whose profile the exchange is to be processed under. (e.g. if John Smith pays into our bank account the reference for the exchange must be his name, John Smith). If your name is not used as the reference, this may delay your exchange. We also recommend that you keep your payment receipt until your exchange is completed with us.

Option 2 - Transfer funds to us via your Internet Banking
Please ensure that the reference you use for your internet banking payment matches the name of the person whose profile the exchange is to be processed under. (e.g. if John Smith transfers the funds from his internet banking account to our bank account the reference for the exchange must be his name, John Smith). If your name is not used as the reference, this may delay your exchange.

Check your email for the confirmation email from your bank to confirm that the payment was successful. Internet bank transfers may take up to 3 working days to clear into our account, and we will only be able to process your exchange once we have cleared funds.

To complete your exchange, please contact our us after you have transferred the funds to our bank account.

If you want to sell WebMoney:

Step 1.

1. On the main page in the form of «exchange calculator» choose an exchange direction:

• «Give»: choose e-currency that you want to sell;
• «Receive»: GBP pound sterling.

2. Enter the amount of exchange in the cell «Give». The «Receive» cell will show the automatically calculated amount, including the fee for our service.
IMPORTANT. Please note: when exchanging WebMoney units you will be charged for each transaction by WebMoney at a rate of 0.8% of the amount of payment, but not less than 0.01 WMZ and not more than 50 WMZ.
Minimum payment amount is equivalent to 10 GBP.

3. After selecting the direction and amount of exchange, click "Order".

Step 2.

1. Fill in all required fields «Your Exchange Details», you must enter your Name, Full Address, Date of Birth, Contact Phone Number, E-mail address and Id / Passport Number.

2. You can pay us in two ways:

• Pay by Webmoney Invoice:
To pay by invoice, please enter your WMID to send you an invoice for payment;
An invoice will be issued and sent to you immediately after you have submitted
the exchange form on our site. Once submitted, refresh the WebMoney Keeper
to see an incoming invoice from us requesting payment. Please
pay the invoice; you can also specify a protection code.
• Pay by WebMoney Merchant:

In this case, you are billed directly on the site without a protection code.

3. Provide your full bank details for receiving funds via bank transfer.

4. Your payment will be made as soon as we are in receipt of your WebMoney payment.

Offered goods and services are not provided on order of a person or company, who runs WebMoney Transfer System. We are an independent entity providing services and making decisions about pricing and offers ourselves. Companies, running WebMoney Transfer System do not receive any commission, interest fees or any other awards/refunds for the provided goods or services and are not liable for our activities.

Verification done by WebMoney Transfer System only confirms the accuracy of our contact details and prove the identity. Verification is performed on our own intention and doesn't mean or show our connection with WebMoney System operators sales.
